The Law Firm of Villani & DeLuca was founded in 1996 by Carmine Villani and Vincent DeLuca to provide superior legal representation throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties.  We are proud of the fact that over the course of nearly two decades our firm has developed a reputation of honesty, commitment, and unyielding dedication to our clients.  The lawyers at Villani & DeLuca specialize in all aspects of criminal law, DWI/DUI, and family law.  As the firm’s reputation grew so did its need for larger and multiple offices.  The office was relocated from Manasquan to Point Pleasant Beach on Route 35.  The firms practice continued to expand and then added another office location in Wall Township on Route 138.

Carmine Villani, Esq. leads the firm’s team of criminal defense lawyers with his extensive experience in criminal law.  He has tried hundreds of criminal and DUI cases as both a municipal prosecutor and public defender.  Furthermore, Mr. Villani is personally familiar with Brick Township as a lifelong resident and graduate of Brick Township High school.

At Villani & DeLuca, we are proud of our legal history and the firm’s accomplishments. The attorneys at Villani & DeLuca are currently serving, or have served, as the municipal prosecutor for the Borough of Keansburg and Township of Colts Neck, as the public defender for Point Pleasant Beach, the Township of Barnegat, the Township of Brick and the Township of Colts Neck, and as the Monmouth County Joint Insurance Fund attorney. Additionally, accomplishments include receiving certification by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney, and as of July 2009, the firm includes the only Ocean County NJ attorney member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
